She is the only non-U.S. resident member and made her first visit to the States in 2024. Josh Prator (United States) Josh Prator (United States). Former member of the NPA Standard Revision Committee, Josh acted as a nexus between members. Without him, the foundation of this club would not have been possible. He co-owns Pigeon Mart along with Charles Khater and he has found his passion in Chinese pigeon breeds and One Loft racing. Concept Artist - Natalia Bogado (Argentina) PRESIDENT: Charles Khater (Lebanon) . Founder of the Middle Eastern Pigeon Club and founder of many colonies of breeds, Charles has single handedly brought thousands of Middle East- ern pigeons into America in the last six years. Several of said birds are now in the hands of the membership and multiplying successfully. He currently resides in Texas and runs Pigeon Mart, a pigeon feed, medication and sup- ply business alongside Josh Prator, also a member of the MEPC. Charles periodically flies back to Lebanon in search of more strains of pigeons and valuable testimony. His experiences as a member of the former “Syrian Breeds Club of America,” disbanded in the early 2000s, have set the groundwork for the creation of this club. President - Charles Khater (Lebanon) Vice President - Keaton Taylor (United States) VICE PRESIDENT: KEATON TAYLOR (United States) . Keaton performs as a community manager and he is proficient in patterns of inher- itance, key for breaking down the components behind the unique looks in these pigeons. He specialized in Levantine color breeds and has developed a myriad of different colors that were already latent within the breeds and did not need to be outsourced from crossbreeding. He is learning Arabic. Benin Zeqiri (Kosovo) . Benin is an active import- er and owns an impressive collection of breeds from his homeland, as well as Levantine, Chinese and Iranian. Kosovo was able to put their pigeon breeds under protection of the Ministry of Environ- ment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure thanks to his contributions in the elaboration of the standards.
