4 – Purebred PIGEON First I want to apologize for the magazine arriving so late! On the weekend of the National, a very bad ice storm came through my area along with single digit temperatures. My electricity went off at 5:30 am on Sunday, the 25th. It came back on Tuesday, February 3rd. That’s 10 days with no power or heat. The internet came back on the 6th. Since I missed the National, I went to the Indiana Pigeon Club show which was very enjoyable. Came home ready to get caught up with all the phone calls and emails -- woke up with the flu! So, the magazine is farther behind schedule than its ever been. By the time you get this, I hope I’ve gotten in touch to return missed calls and emails. If you left a message during the time my power was off, please try again! The March/April issue will feature Classic Frills and coverage of the late Winter shows.
